Unimpeded focus on process safety and operational integrity is key to safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers as well as minimize adverse impacts to the environment in which we operate.
We base our risk management strategy on conscious efforts of trending and measuring performances against our ‘zero incident’ philosophy. As corporate safety attainment depends largely on individual worker’s accountability, we constantly engage our personnel in necessary job-specific trainings as well as skills profiling both as a measure of risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Our approach to management of change, de-bottlenecking, cause/effect analysis, and emergency preparedness exercises is industry-wide in outlook but task-specific in performance. Furthermore, as a set of interrelated policies, we ensure the use of the right boots, personal protective equipment (PPE), and procedures while performing all tasks.
